How long is the tour?
The tour is 90 minutes long, but can fluctuate due to pace, weather, group size, etc.
Where does the Tour begin?
The tour will begin on the front steps (facing East Bay) of the US Custom House located on Market Street and East Bay.
Is the tour family friendly?
Yes, this tour is very family friendly from pace, distance, and language standpoint. We encourage all ages and there is special pricing for children.
How much walking is involved?
The entire tour is right at two miles long. Averaging about 45 minutes per mile with frequent rest and water stops.
Does the tour run rain or shine?
Yes, the tour will continue rain or shine, if weather is extremely bad you will receive a text to either to reschedule or refund your tour fee.
What should I bring and wear?
Wear comfortable walking shoes (very important), appropriate clothes for the weather, and water.
Is there parking nearby?
There are several large parking garages around the French Quarter and City Market area. We would suggest the parking garage located at 1 Cumberland Steet. Use your GPS to pinpoint exactly where those locations are. There is also street parking, however that is rather hard to find during busy times.
